Purchasing and Sending

No. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card and for expedited shipping if selected. E-Gift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping costs.

If your Gift has not been viewed or redeemed, you can contact us at 877.277.2748. Returns are subject to limitations.

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as PAPPAS CSTR GIFTCARD.

E-Gift Card: Your E-Gift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date selected, with rare exceptions for processing delays. All Gift Cards purchased are subject to credit card and security processing. If cards are not received within 24 hours please contact Customer Support.

Plastic Gift Card: Gift Cards may be shipped to a valid street address within the United States. Delivery times are determined by the Shipping Method selected. Orders are generally shipped the same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed the next business day. Once your Gift Card is shipped, if you selected FedEx or USPS Trackable you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you may use to access the current shipping status of your gift. Please note: Tracking numbers are not available for cards delivered via standard USPS shipping.

Receiving and redeeming

You can use your Gift Card at any of the Pappas Family of restaurants. Visit our website for a complete list.

There is no expiration date on your Gift Card. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don't forget to use it.

E-gift cards

An E-Gift Card is an electronic Gift Card that is sent via email. A message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email redirects you to a page showing the E-Gift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value and card number. This page includes redemption instructions for the E-Gift Card.

We adhere to industry best practices to ensure successful delivery. There is a chance that the email will be treated as spam or the recipient didn't notice it in their email inbox. The Purchaser will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the E-Gift Card has been viewed. If the E-Gift Card goes un-viewed for 15 days, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue.

You must safeguard your E-Gift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. The value of the E-Gift Card is tied to the Gift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the E-Gift Card.

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your E-Gift Card, contact us at Customer Support immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued on a new Gift Card.

Security & reliability

All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilizing state of the art technology for consumer protection. The Gift Card purchase process is fully PCI compliant. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Customer Support.

Your Gift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your Gift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. If your Gift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new Gift Card for that value.
